The retreat will be held at the luxury and secluded Mayacamas Ranch, near Calistoga in Napa, just 1.5 hours drive north of San Francisco and surrounded by spectacular 360 degree views. Mayacamas Ranch is one of Northern California's premier retreat centers. The ranch provides an awe-inspiring, natural setting for a retreat, making it an ideal place to renew, reflect and connect. All beds at Mayacamas are 100% organic and feature organic linens. Each room has a private bathroom and its own temperature control system for your comfort. Shared or private rooms are available upon request. Beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub. 4-5 miles of hiking trails through the Mayacamas mountains on property.   Your leader is Sally Mitchell, certified yoga instructor, massage therapist, integrative health and wellness coach, and reiki practitioner. Sally leads and teaches yoga, meditation and wellness retreats in her home county of Sonoma, California wine country as well as exotic overseas locations. Sally is passionate about helping people to move their bodies with greater ease and to balance the natural flow of energy throughout the body. Her yoga classes consist of intelligently created flowing sequences, linking movement with the breath, incorporating strengthening, stretching, pranayama and meditation, for a balanced and mindful practice. All levels are welcome and encouraged. She integrates her philosophy of 'Move, Breathe, Balance, Flow' into everything in her life and loves inspiring others to do the same.
