Each morning begins with meditation and all levels mindful vinyasa yoga led by an experienced teacher. Our evening yoga practice will be restorative and therapeutic. Learn to create and use a mala during our special workshop. Malas are used for keeping count while repeating a mantra during meditation. Enjoy this powerful guided practice as a community, and bring home your unique piece. Take a dip in the outdoor hot tub overlooking a vast green scene of beauty. Leave our retreat feeling nourished, recharged, and blissful.

 
Our retreat includes single or shared accommodations and some of the best vegetarian food in the region. Daily flow yoga and meditation, free time to hike the breathtaking hills and labyrinth, special mala making workshop (materials provided), and access to the outdoor hot tub are also part of the package. Earthrise Retreat Center, Petaluma, California, is on 194-acres of land and rolling hills, making it the perfect place for a yoga retreat.   Your guide this weekend is Christie Pitko, experienced yoga and meditation teacher. Christie began practicing yoga in 2001, and since then, it has healed her mind and body and ignited creativity. She has over 500 hours of training, and over 1,300 hours of teaching experience. She enjoys watching others transform through yoga. Christie is passionate about the power of daily meditation, and cannot wait to teach you how to make and use mala beads during the workshop!
