In Fluid Resonance Retreats, we re-awaken the capacity to listen within. Surrounded by the natural world, free of daily distractions, we open to the energies of yoga asana, explore meditative movement and creativity, refine the capacity to sense and feel with pranayama, and receive the stillness of meditation. This embodied “remembrance” is profoundly healing as we re-learn how to sense, listen, and trust our unique way of accessing the Divine Feminine, the ever-available field of pure embodied consciousness, while restoring the capacity for resilience, adaptability, and profound ease and inner peace.
|Rolling Meadows, a 100 acre yoga retreat center overlooking the hills of coastal Maine, provides a rural setting for Fluid Resonance Yoga and Meditation Retreats. Scheduled silent retreats for up to 11 participants are offered throughout the year. Personal time between sessions allows space in the day for enjoying the natural world and walking the extensive trails that weave thru out the property, swimming in the spring-fed pond or relaxing overlooking the fields and mountains. The sacred, supportive environment allows you to begin or deepen practices, to shed light on habituated patterns of behavior, to take personal time for digesting life experience and to recognize the ease and peace of our true nature. This six-night retreat begins with an evening meal at 6pm on Saturday, September 24 and ends at about mid-morning on Friday September 30 after a morning session and a late breakfast.||The retreats are for any woman wanting to expand her spiritual practice by dropping beneath the conceptual mind, entrusting herself to the Divine Feminine wisdom of the body, and to the sustaining waters of awakened Awareness.
