Welcome to
A quiet and peaceful sanctuary in the mountains, Dolores, Colorado, near Durango The Sophia Peace Center is located on top of a breathtaking mesa, surrounded by the San Juan mountain ranges. During any season of the year, you will be immersed in the beauty of the Southwest with rolling wildflower meadows and glorious mountain sunsets.
The Center has 18
spacious overnight rooms with private bathrooms and beautiful views.
Our stunning executive suite comes with a Jacuzzi and large
private balcony. We
offer newly remodeled cottages, for individuals or small
groups, close to some of the best hiking, mountain biking and
cross-country skiing trails in the forest.
We can accommodate 50-60
overnight guests. Our
vaulted aspen ceiling Grand Room can hold up to 100 guests.
We also offer breakout, yoga & mediation rooms.
On-site
massage and spa packages are available.
