The yoga classes will be theme-based, creative and balanced, for a safe, strong yet supportive practice, leaving you feeling relaxed whilst energized. The classes will be mostly vinyasa flow for all levels, with one yin/restorative class followed by yoga nidra or guided meditation. All levels are welcome and encouraged. We provide options and modifications so everyone feels included and comfortable, and the yoga is available, challenging and transforming for all. Question 4. Two Bylaws were passed as 50% resolutions at the May 2014 AGM. Is it best to correct this anomaly by having the same resolutions passed again at the next AGM, albeit with 75% vote threshold required?   "Loved Sally's yoga classes!
