The yoga classes will be theme-based, creative and balanced, for a safe, strong yet supportive practice, leaving you feeling relaxed whilst energized. The classes will be mostly vinyasa flow for all levels, with one yin/restorative class followed by yoga nidra or guided meditation. All levels are welcome and encouraged. We provide options and modifications so everyone feels included and comfortable, and the yoga is available, challenging and transforming for all.
